Personal License
The licensed template can be used in your own The Optimum Account only.
CANNOT be used or share:
- Any account that is not your own (e.g., your client’s The Optimum account)
- You can resale or sub-License in a way that is directly competitive with the original Licensed Templates (e.g., share your shared funnels links to your client).
Commercial License
The licensed templates can appear in up to 7 clients’ The Optimum accounts.
Can be used:
- To launch sales funnels on behalf of 7 clients.
Cannot be used for:
- Share your Shared sales funnels links to over 7 clients.
- Creating other templates using this to Resale or Sub-License in a way that is directly competitive with the original Licensed Funnel Website Templates (e.g., on-sell as a template).
- You may not under any circumstances resell or re-distribute the sales funnels templates as your own in any capacity.
- The commercial license is not a Private Label Rights, White Label, Resell Rights, or Master Resell Rights product.
Personal License – Acceptable Usage Example
Jane is a personal trainer and sets up a sales funnel for his own online fitness training course. He buys a Personal License and uses the sales funnels templates to create content and set up his online course’s landing pages.
Because Jane is only using the templates for his own projects, he only needs to purchase a personal license.
Personal License – Prohibited Usage Example
John is a freelance designer who helps people or agencies to set up The Optimum templates to sell online.
Because John only has a personal license, he can only use the sales funnels templates for his projects and is prohibited from using them to their client and multiple clients. He needs a commercial license.

The following License Terms may be amended or updated from time to time (collectively the “Agreement”) constitute an agreement between you (“Buyer” or “you”), setting forth the rights and obligations concerning the digital content (“Items”) licensed by you (“Buyer” or “you”) and the item owner, and/or any of its affiliates. Please review the Agreement before you purchase any Items.
International copyright laws and treaties protect all items available on Funnel Website Templates. Devender Kumar, the founder of Funnel Website Templates, retains ownership of the Items but grants you certain rights to use them on the following terms. Devender Kumar expressly reserves all other rights.
Funnel Website Templates hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use, modify and reproduce the sales funnels worldwide, in perpetuity, as expressly permitted by the license herein and subject to the terms set forth herein:
Personal License:
- The licensed template can be used in your own The Optimum Account only.
- You may not sublicense, resell, share, transfer, or otherwise redistribute the purchased sales funnels under any circumstances.
- You may not falsely represent, expressly or by way of reasonable implication, that any Item was created by you or a person other than the copyright holder(s) of that Item.
- You may not use Item(s) in a manner that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), libelous, obscene, threatening, profane, or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual, or is otherwise objectionable.
Commercial License
- The Commercial License allows you to use Items in any manner permitted under the Standard License, and according to the obligations and restrictions therein; and;
- You may also use Items purchased under the Commercial License to create End Products on behalf of up to 7 clients. However, these End Products must not derive its primary value from the Licensed Asset itself. Any resale/sublicense of the Licensed Asset in source file form or otherwise competitive with the Licensed Asset is prohibited.
STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES. Nothing in this License Agreement grants Licensee any of the following rights, all of which are expressly retained:
- Resale or Sub-Licensing is strictly prohibited.
- Making public or sharing the Licensed Asset in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute Licensed Asset as a standalone file (meaning another share funnel) is strictly prohibited.
- Falsely representing authorship and/or ownership of the Licensed Asset is strictly prohibited.
